Fear & Greed is sitting at 21 today. It is giving a clear buy sign. Always buy in whenever people are fearful and sell whenever their greed starts kicking in.
It seems that dominance has been playing around the required level for alt coins to moon. Lets wait for the day for it to hit below 40.
