Let's talk about an interesting Epic card of Life element: Temporal Master. I often name the monsters with Recharge ability as interesting because they are likely to directly affect the result of the battle when they take their turn and deal x3 damage of theirs. In most cases, it is enough to wipe the rivals out.
I love the mana cap and the effects of Temporal Master with just 3 mana! I believe this makes it an Epic fighter for the game. When it is MAXed, it gets Stun ability as well! This would be bring incredible advantages for your side.
I had a Life team against Death! They may look scary but we had several opportunities to eliminate them. For 25 Mana cap, both team used several monsters with low mana. I strenghtened my ranged attackers with +1 Ranged attack by General Sloan.
3+3 Ranged + 2 Ranged + 2 Ranged + 2 Melee + 3 Magic (once in two rounds)
When we look at this combination, it is obvious to see that the rival team will suffer. 10 whole Ranged attack per round brings problems Only IF the monsters can hit 😉
Rival team had high speed levels and flying abilities. It was a concern for my team as my ranged attackers were likely to miss with 1 - 2 speed points. At that point, Tempral Master did an amazing job with its rustless nature 🔥
As Riftwing has a great skill to evade ranged and melee attackers, the existence of Temporal Master was a huge threat to it. Eventually, it is gone...
The taunt ability of my tank protected the rest of the team from sneak and snipe attack. If you check my backliners, they were all too fragile against any attack coming from the opposite side. I might have strengthened my tank better to decrease the risk but I wanted to make sure that the rival cannot resist the attacks that deal 12-15 damage per round.
Thaddius Brood (the Summoner of my rival team) decreased the HP of my team but it could not lower the damage of Temporal Master because it already seems 1 on the card but, in reality, it hits 3 attack points 🤩
All in all, I had a solid team that consisted of mostly ranged attackers + 1 magic attacker that hits once in two rounds and finally 2 melee attack from the tank. When they are combined, it creates a strong team set for Bronze level battles. However, it may not be that affective in the next levels.
I realized that Bronze level is much harder than Silver and Gold! I strongly advice everyone to practice Bronze battles where they have to use low level cards to win the battles. I challlenge you 😉
