Last Year Was Rough.
Last year was like a crazy roller coaster ride, and not in a fun way. We obviously witnessed overall ups & downs in terms of crypto and while some might have been able to remain positive, my best guess is that most people felt anxiety and despair for the majority of the time.
Things was different for me personally though. To make a very, very long story short, I can tell you that I somehow did a devastating mistake while I tried to be honest and acting like a good citizien.
I have paid a shit ton of money in back taxes due to my involvement in Hive- and previously Steemit and any- and literally all things crypto-related I have done since 2016. And I had to do this because I was stupid enough to actually try to pay taxes on crypto when regulations and laws where flawed and not yet set in stone in Sweden.
Some of you know that I am an auxiliary psychiatric nurse and it's hard, to say the least. I broke the record during the summer though, for most hours worked. I worked 76 hours overtime in July, on top of my original 40 hours per week of course.
We sadly lost three patients in total during the summer. All of them where suicidal and none of them live on to tell any stories in the future. Things like that is actually really difficult to handle, even though it's "your job". Another patient just recently attempted suicide by hanging. It took my colleagues a total of 32 minutes to get her heart beating again, but unfortunately she ended up in a respirator. I wasn't involved in that situation, but I knew the patient from a previous care occasion.
They decided to pull the plug yesterday, after 11 days in the respirator.. She didn't make it.
- You can't save everyone though, but I have decided to do my best.
I have recently applied for a new education. I want to become a specialist and if everything goes well, I will start in April this year. I will continue to work but I will most likely cut some working hours so I work 80% or something instead of 100% and I will study for roughly 80 weeks in total.
That's my mission in life, to help people, but I obviously have goals and milestones as well, in- and out of crypto.
Some of my goals are:
- Becoming a specialist auxiliary psychiatric nurse. (Insane title in English. lol)
- Publish a book. (Psychiatry field)
- Reach X-amount of crypto tokens. (Hive/LEO/BTC etc.)
- Buy a house with (massive) renovation needs. (More or less so I can build my dream house.)
- Expand my brand building business/set up another side-business or two.
I have more goals than that, but these are probably my biggest goals I have at this point in life. Oh, I also somewhat started my former brand building business again too. It was a total coincidence though.
One of my previous clients reached out a couple of months back and suddenly we had come to an agreement. Life is funny that way. You never know what to expect.
So, now I’m an auxiliary psychiatric nurse who's eager to become a specialist that's somewhat running a brand building business, aiming to expand that business and/or looking for a side-business to start and being eager to start over from scratch, on the right side of the law (or whatever), with my crypto goals.
Catching Up
I definitely have some catching up to do. Looks like I've missed out on some crazy things on Hive and LeoFinance during my long absence. I'm looking forward to engage and consume great knowledge and experiences once again. Feel free to point me in the right direction of specific things in case you come up with something.
What's Next:
Are Hive/LeoFinance still interested/in need of optimized (evergreen) content and/or tutorials, guides or any other types of SEO/traffic reports? Do you have any other suggestions?
Feels Good To Be Back!
