LeoFinance Contest #2 - 500 LEO tokens in Prizes! - How Often Should You Buy And Sell Crypto & LinkBuilding

Woah! Okay okay..
My last contest seems to have drawn a lot of attention judging by things like reblogs but we haven't seen many participants so far. However, the end date is May 31, so there's still a lot of time for people to enter.

Due to me doing the things I do, I figured I would up my game a notch or two. I am here to officially announce yet another contest, despite the first one still running!

So, I obviously want to increase traffic to LeoFinance with optimized content and I came up with the idea of having contests. Find out more about my previous (the ongoing contest) in this post. There's 500 LEO tokens in prize money in total for that one, and this one will have the same!

I still recommend everyone to take a look at this post: How To Make Your Post POP On Search Engines! to get a better understanding of link building and what the entire purpose of these contests are. The main purpose is to draw traffic to my post and not to your own, and that is done through link building.

It takes a long time to see results on search engines, so we're building links towards my post for more organic visibility, with hopes of higher rankings for specific keywords over time.

Rules:

  • Reblog This Post. (Not mandatory but appreciated)
  • Publish your post using leofinance.io
  • Use the tag "buyandsellcrypto"

More Rules:

Keywords To Target:

  • how often can you buy and sell cryptocurrency
  • how often can i buy and sell crypto
  • how often can you buy and sell crypto

The keywords to target is basically what I want people to write about, in various ways you can think of, but I want these keywords to include a link to my previous post: How Often Should You Buy And Sell Crypto? with, or without the use of anchor links to that post.

Example:

You write a post about the "How Often You Can Buy Crypto". I want you to include a link to my previous post properly, like this for instance:

How Often Should You Buy And Sell Crypto depends on this or that but using the strategy called Dollar Cost Averaging seems like a very good approach.

If you look at my main post, you will see that I have talked about DCA (Dollar Cost Averaging) in that post, and pointing towards my post using similar information is basically what we are looking for.

That being said, you do not have to use the exact title of my post when you link back to it, but each entry in this contest must include a link to my previous post. You need to use one of the "keywords to target" when linking to my post.

You do not have to include all of the keywords. One of the keywords in the list above is efficient enough. The most important part is how you write your posts and that you include a link to my post.

Like stated in the title of this post. There will be 500 LEO tokens in prizes and 8 winners in total.

  • 200 LEO
  • 100 LEO
  • 50 LEO
  • 50 LEO
  • 25 LEO
  • 25 LEO
  • 25 LEO
  • 25 LEO

You have until June 5, to post your entry to the challenge. I will review each entry and send all the prizes no later than June 12. This gives everyone a fair chance to enter the contest and it gives me room to review each entry without having to rush any results.

  • More than one entry is allowed.
  • Feel free to share your post on Twitter and other social media.

Wow, I was still planning my week to have time to write an entry to the previous contest and there is another one already! Welp, it's gonna be a busy week!

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Haha, yeah.. I figured it would be cool with 2 on-going contests at once, as they are similar to each other. Might help some people to come up with ideas to write about as well. :) Win/win situation for everyone. :)

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Incredible moves you're making for the community here. I've got some writing to do! I haven't even entered the first one yet. I'd be down to throw in some random free NFTs for prizes as well.

Posted using LeoFinance Mobile

I figured it could be a good thing to up the activity levels a bit during these lows so to speak. Hopefully, people enter the contests. :)

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Like I said, I'd be down to throw in some NFTs for prizes for either both of these or the next one. I'm broke but I have NFTs lol

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Yeah sure. That's entirely up to you. :)
Should I just announce the winners and you'll send the prizes directly afterwards?

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Yeah that sounds good. Tag me if you remember!

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Wow.. Another prize was added for the winners.
Hope I can join both contests since there is enough time to participate.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Good luck!

We'll just have to wait and see how it goes. If things goes well, I'll continue having these contests. :)

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

You are so very welcome, oh yes I need to get my writing pen out and get those entries ready;)

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Nice initiative with nice prices!!

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Thank you

I am interested in seeing how many people take you up on your offer because you already have one running. I am busy with life so it's just commenting for me and my SEO related article is still put on hold.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Yeah, it will be interesting to see. Hopefully a bunch of people join both contests. If they're going well, I'll continue having more of these contests in the near future as well. I would love to have something like this on-going regularly.

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Very nice! I'll have to Hive this a go

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

Sounds awesome! The first contest is more about trying to rank something that I think people will search for in the (near) future, and this one is more about a post of mine that is already bringing a somewhat decent amount of traffic.

The main purpose is to draw traffic to my post and not to your own, and that is done through link building.

Without links, it is hard to reach a good position on Google's search results lists, and if many authentic and naturally received links are pointing to our page, then there is a good chance that we appear in a good position on Google.

But the main purpose should be to draw traffic to everyone's post. Everyone (the whole Hive community) would win in long term in that case, not just/only a few hundred LEOs one time.

But the main purpose should be to draw traffic to everyone's post. Everyone (the whole Hive community) would win in long term in that case, not just/only a few hundred LEOs one time.

That is obviously a good point, but most people are not optimizing their content enough to rank on search engines. That basically means that there's just a few authors out there bringing in organic traffic over time, which is the reason for these contests.

I want people to write posts and link them to my main posts, as my main posts are already bringing in traffic and has potential to bring even more in the near future.

More traffic = more Ad Revenue and more potential users, which is something that everyone will benefit from in the long haul. So, I just figured that if I personally gave away a couple of hundred- or thousands of LEO (as we're up to a total of 1000 LEO in prizes now), it could encourage people to optimize more of their content in the future as well.

Hi ser.

When you say “use the keywords”, does it mean the keywords should be used as the title? Or a subheading? Can the keywords be the title?

Posted Using LeoFinance Beta

I want people to target the specific keywords I've mentioned. Most preferably with a link to my main post. Like the example above.

Like this:

How Often Should You Buy And Sell Crypto depends on this or that but using the strategy called Dollar Cost Averaging seems like a very good approach.

That keyword is linking to my post, even though it's not the title I am using for my own post. This is called an "anchor link". I want people to use any of the keywords I mention, when linking back to my post.

So you don't need to use those keywords as titles or subheadings.

Alrighty gotten it. Thanks

Wow,there is another contest from you. Hope I can join both of them
