INLEO has been building, at least that's what I observed since the time I joined the community and the frontend in 2022. From the introduction of threads as a feature on the old UI to having the whole frontend built from scratch, to the initiatives being run to all the updates, upgrades, and surprises coming out now and then.
One of the newly introduced features was the tiered delegation reward system. It has been live for days now, making those who delegated Hive Power to Leo.voter earn more when they choose to receive rewards in Leo Power instead of the usual liquid LEO. That can be done through one's dashboard in the INLEO, scroll down to the Delegate and Earn menu.
For those who haven't read, here's a quick rundown about the tiers, based on my understanding of the info from this introduction post:
- Tier 1: Have HP delegation to leo.voter (13% APR)
- Tier 2: With HP delegation and switched rewards to staked LEO (20% APR)
- Tier 3: Have HP delegated, switched rewards to staked LEO and a Premium subscriber (22% APR)

The feature rolled out last week and there might still be some bugs so we need to do need to be a little more patient. Some people noticed that there were a few days where we missed receiving the delegation rewards but I read that is due to the HiveSQL being down.
The increased delegation reward is certainly a good way to earn $LEO apart from the usual (posting and threading, curating, and such). I like it especially that this account of mine seldom publishes long-form content. My delegation is not much but with the tiered rewards, this account earns almost 2 LEO every day so it adds up. I just need to put more effort and time into threading and accumulate enough LEO for staking.
Speaking of which, it's LPUD time, the second in the year so boom!
Just staked 150 LEO to each of my accounts which increased the combined Leo Power by 300. Not that much, and the growth is quite slow but it's still okay and they are changing the numbers. The total LP on both accounts is now 27,893. So yay!
That just got me a ticket for a chance to any of the LPUD delegations, courtesy of various Lions in the den. Any additional LP means more LEO as curation rewards for me, especially since I manually curate threads and long-form posts.

Don't forget to do it within UTC to get the LPUD badge from Hivebuzz. Although we might not see it soon until the HiveSQL is back and running. According to information, it was attacked/hacked so Arcange is trying to upload his backup files to a new server but it may take a while. Hackers are a pain in the arse and I hope things are going well on Arcange's side.🙏
I don't know about others, but I do miss the notifications from Hivebuzz so hoping that we will be able to have them back soon.
