So it's the middle of August already which means we are just four and a half months away from 2025. Geez, why the hell did my mind advance to the future? I can't help it, lol! Today marked the completion of our first month here in the new town (DD) and felt surreal. I almost couldn't believe it but yes we are just warming up.
Various circumstances had us feeling like we were on the edge in the last 30 days but thankfully, all is well and things are behind us now so we are excited about how our next month here would unfold.
I have a feeling it's going to be fantastic! This bull seems to agree, lol!
Meanwhile, it's LPUD on the blockchain and it's that time to add to our stakes and let them work to our benefit. And so, I did my staking earlier in the day, increasing my Leo Power by 153, the minimum amount of LEO but still qualifies one for the badge from Hivebuzz, so yay!
With that small addition, my combined Leo Power currently stands at 20,842 (14,638 + 6,204). Still growth although I find it funny that some time ago, I was in a rush to grow my LEO stakes. Now, I'm just taking my time (and it's okay). No pressure, no stress hehe!😊
Real life had it that I'd be busy on most days so I have not been actively threading but I do show up whenever I can. And it's nice to see my name in the top 60 (out of 200) on INLEO's Leaderboard (monthly category).
As to how the points are calculated, I have no idea since I've been out of the loop (missing the weekly AMA and any other announcement posts). But it's nice that INLEO is gamifying user actions (engagement and referral) through the point system. I did hear from one of Khal's videos that referral activities earn higher points and there will be rewards and bounties.
It seems the leaderboard is still being polished judging from the zero points on the "Comments" and "Leo Staked." I have made comments daily using the frontend (albeit not as many as before), and have LEO staked too.
Well, the feature has just been released so it is understandable that it needs more time to gather data before it reflects the real numbers or points. So we will see how it adjusts over time.
Anyway, that's it from me today but wait, did you participate in the LPUD too? If so, congratulations and cheers to more LEO curation earnings (passively if you are delegating all your Leo Power to a curating account that pays you daily, or actively if you are doing the curation by yourself).
In case it's your first time hearing about LPUD, it's an initiative where we stake or power up LEO to our accounts (minimum 50 LEO) and happens every 15th of the month. Yep, there are LPUD rewards in the form of Leo Power delegations to lucky participants.
