Something bizarre happened a little while ago. Upon switching my computer on and opening the browser, then the Keychain extension, I went on to enter my password, and bam!
I typed it again and Keychain says "Oops! Wrong password!" I must have tried over ten times and still could not get through. I racked my brain thinking I may have changed it while half asleep the previous night, lol! Thankfully, Keychain doesn't have a limit on the number of times we enter the wrong password so I kept retrying, insisting on the one I remember using every day.
But it wouldn't let me in. So I had to get my journal from its hiding and check the password. Aha! So that's why it wouldn't go through! One of the numbers was wrong. I mean, what the hell!😅
It baffled me why suddenly, my mind could not recall. My forehead has gotten more lines from wondering, lol! But yes, it's crazy that I woke up not remembering something that I use not only once but three or more times every single freakin' day. I must be getting old... I mumbled, still in disbelief.
The good thing is that I did not forget to catch up with LPUD. While it is already the 16th on our side of the universe, it's still the 15th in the UTC timezone so it's all good! 150 LEO added to my stakes, making my combined LP cross the 22k mark. Slower progress but it's okay.
So yep, the first Leo Power Up for the year is done!
Meanwhile, the crypto market is doing its thing. The Green Candles gang is happy (I sure am!) Quite a ride, whew! And it's interesting how things will go from here.
This reminded me of the arbitrage opportunities presented over a week ago for HIVE and it's nice to have Leodex for Hive assets to be traded with other cryptos. But I am now hesitant to do any swaps, to be honest, thinking my funds might get stuck again, like two of my transactions before, lol!
I understand things do not always go smoothly and I salute Khal and his team for building such a platform for us to use, but I hope the processing of refunds will be fast-tracked. It was mentioned it would take 2-7 days depending on the day one opens a support ticket (that's a long time in the crypto world) and to date, I'm still waiting for mine (10 days now), and still don't know what asset my refund would be. I was swapping USDT with HIVE then and it got stuck when the Hive Aggregation Technology (HAT) was processing the swap between USDT and LEO. I think behind the scenes, the swapping goes through this: USDT --> LEO --> Swap.HIVE --> HIVE.
