I know by now that most of us have read or heard about ChatGPT or even used it!
If you are reading this and you do not know what ChatGPT is, I would advise you to go to Google and search for it and learn more about how it works.
In summary, it is an Artificial Intelligence bot that has taken the world by storm and is simplifying many people's tasks like research, copywriting etc.
I strongly advise you to go and read about it and probably even open up an account.
We are so lucky that one of our Hive users @amr008 configured ChatGPT and tailored it to Hive.
It is so fascinating that you can even ask this bot Hive-related questions.

This post was actually made last year and many people tested out the capabilities of this bot.
So as a curious person I also asked the bot a few questions and one of those questions was
How can Hive be promoted to many people in the blockchain space?

The bot gave me four strategies we can use to promote Hive in the blockchain space.

Let me now break down the four points as stated by the bot below.
- Leverage social media
- Collaborate with other blockchain projects
- Attend blockchain conferences/workshops
- Partner with influencers /Content Creators
1. Leverage Social Media
The bot explained how we can leverage social media by creating blog posts and articles.
This can include creating informative blog posts and articles, sharing news and updates about the platform, and engaging with other users on social media and other online forums.
This is something most Hive are already doing by sharing their Hive blogs or any front-end blogs to social media sites, especially Twitter.
I also always see most of shilling Hive on many tweets.
So I think the bot is right hehe.
2. Collaborate with other blockchain projects
This is also straight forward and I think it is something we need to put much emphasis on.
This can include partnering with other projects to offer joint promotions, cross-posting content, and sharing news and updates about Hive on other platforms.
I am already seeing many Hive projects doing partnerships with other blockchain projects which is great.
We need many such blockchain partnerships as this will bring more eyeballs to Hive.
3. Attend blockchain conferences
The ChatGPT but also suggested that to promote Hive, we need to attend blockchain or cryptocurrency conferences and events and actively participate in them.
This can include participating in panel discussions, giving presentations, and networking with other attendees to share information about Hive and its unique features.
I have actively attended many blockchain events and meetups in my country Uganda here but haven't actively shared Hive on the stage ie make a presentation!
It is time I ask for an opportunity in these events to share about the Hive blockchain with the attendees.
I always talk to the attendee individually after these meetups, but I think it is time I make a big presentation as suggested by the bot hehe.
4. Partner with influencers
The other strategy we can use to promote Hive is partnering with influencers and content creators!
This can include working with influencers to create content that showcases the benefits of using Hive, as well as offering rewards and incentives to content creators who create and share high-quality content on the platform.
I particularly did not like this suggestion by the ChatGPT bot because I am not sure of the effectiveness of paying influencers and content creators when the people on Hive themselves are content creators!
I did disagree with the bot on this fourth point hehe.
