Hello, everyone it's @Joetunex and @Josediccus here again, in today's session, we're continuing our series on splinterlands. In the last show we talked about Building With LeoFinance: Users & Devs Perspective where we discussed the importance of Leofinance in the hive space. It's a redefinition of the idea behind second-layer projects and why it's arguably since the inception of Hive.
In today's session, we talked about management as an important aspect of scalability. Making decisions is an important aspect of running a project and talked about how it's the biggest challenge on leofinance.
We both raised concerns about some questionable decisions towards projects that have been built on leofinance and why the outcome was questionable. We talked about how these decisions could have been avoided if the proper management structure was put in place.
We feel that delegation of functions is important. Inasmuch as the team has been nothing but brilliant, we still felt that there's that psychology business edge that's lacking in the way the flagship project is run and how the continuation of this might make it difficult to sustain the growth that's going to happen in a long period.
