The accomplishment notifications from @hivebuzz consistently do a great job of keeping me abreast of new milestones, the focus is often on staying busy through creating content, curating, and interacting on Hive.
Pulling up the data of accomplishments can be a daunting task if we have to do it ourselves, thankfully we have @hivebuzz handling the data side of accomplishments for us amongst other stats Hivebuzz provides.
Therefore I always appreciate the notifications when I see them.
My newest accomplishment
My newest accomplishment which I woke up to from hivebuzz was that I have published a post every day of the past week but there is a more interesting and bigger notification of achievement than that within the last 24 hours.
Seeing that was a wow moment for me, it shows my approximately six years on Hive have been meaningful in various ways and evidently on the amount of Hive Power I have received as payout.
The achievement has not come without putting in the consistent grind though, as much as we get rewarded for our creating content on Hive, rewards are not handed out for free, we have to put in the work, and stay consistent and thankfully I have been disciplined enough to ensure I do not relent on putting in the grind daily even on days when I don't feel like it.
Treating Hive like a business has been my approach, and so far, it has worked out quite well.
My first five years on Hive
I am a little unhappy that my Hive Power does not reflect 18K HP because I am currently dependent on Hive earnings for my financial needs which is about eight months now.
Without that being the case I should be close to 20k HP which is my HP goal for 2023.
On the brighter side, I was able to build my Hive stake from my first five years on Hive without withdrawing. I saw the opportunity back then I gave myself a target for 10K HP, then 15k HP, and now 20K HP which is now taking a bit longer but am optimistic I will achieve that soon when I secure employment that will enable me to stop depending on Hive earning for my financial needs.
Furthermore, on the brighter side, I am grateful for Hive, that it exists and to the community for every support. Without Hive and without a job things could have been very ugly.
We owe it to ourselves to make Hive great
