Being born is a gift, experiencing life to the fullest of events and experience is a rarer opportunity. This is because this experience is a race... A marathon where people fall by the wayside (die) and unable to complete the experience. life is an endless pursuit, a bridge that's unsteady with many beautiful experiences ahead.
The universe packs endless possibilities that are waiting to be attended to, but the means (money, health, and time) to attend these experiences might not be given to everyone.
Reality is harsh too inasmuch as being born is beautiful, it is you versus life, the endless task to conquer several adversities. Some people are born equipped, hence, winning becomes easier. When people face easier battles in life, their possibilities of success become even higher.
However, we cannot determine the battle we fight in life, we only hope we're born lucky into favorable circumstances. We cannot determine the circumstances were born into, just like we cannot determine the body our consciousness is born into.
For example, people who were born into slavery back in the day consider themselves unlucky. This is because they weren't just born into deprivation, they were born to be owned against their will. This is the opposite of people who were born free, they saw life from a different scope, different dimensions, and different angles.
So because of the diversity of human nature, people are born to experience life differently and because of this phenomenon of difference, people cannot have the same journey, luck, or learning curve.
To some, life is just a ditch, a cocoon they were forced into, while to others, life is beautiful. In reality, I feel like we're just vessels at birth, and our notion of life or the universe is fuelled by the things that happen to us.
I see life as a challenge, a challenge is not necessarily a bad thing
.....it might just be a series of "tasks" that make us what and who we are. The task of overcoming ignorance is education. Overcoming poverty is embarking on a journey of financial freedom so that we can have the means to obtain the good things in life.
Being able to overcome some of the default challenges of life becomes a responsibility, one that makes our experiences colorful.
In reality, life is a problem, a yarn waiting to be unfurled,
......and sometimes we're unlucky and never get to the finishing line. Never experiencing life to the finish line can be saddening. Irrespective of our different stories, angles, and points of view. Life is supposed to be beautiful. How hard, unbearable, or how difficult it becomes is because we're unlucky, and this isn't to be blamed on life itself.
A large percentage of why we think life might be terrible is caused by human mistakes. Most of the time, the depth of consequences creates ripple effects which become a major determinant of how the lives of people turn out to be.
We're meant to be empty slates, but the power of influence and impact makes people inherit battles or wars they might not be able to conquer. Not everyone is equipped to win. No matter how mentally strong we are, some battles are predestined to mar people who have done nothing to inherit them.
However, it boils down to human experience again.
Someone who has never experienced slavery, racism, stark poverty, sickness, or loss, cannot see from these scopes or angles. This is why it's difficult for a person to completely capture the diverse human experiences of people in one lifetime.
Our time is extremely short and limited, this is why we cannot judge the pain or experience of other people from one scope, because we can never tell how it is from where we stand, no matter how hard we try.
Poverty is underestimated, especially by people in stable economies.
This isn't because people choose to be like this, it's because we can only truly learn or understand what we've truly experienced. Life is a theory to anyone who is a third person in any phenomenon.
However, in the end, we can only hope to be lucky, lucky to have a clean slate, to experience better raising. Born in good health without deformities, or serious health encumbrances, extreme poverty, or inherited battles that were there before you.
