Hello liketu, it's been a long time and today, I'll be posting random images from my new apartment. Setting up a house is very expensive and one of the reasons why this is so is the constant increase in the price of home equipment and appliances, plus the endless requirements that are needed for moving into a new house.
This is to say that a person can never place a budget or valuation for how much they'll be needing to set up a home and this is because of a person's inability to make a complete list of every requirement that's necessary in setting up a place. This is practical. We Often place importance to order of necessity especially when funds are limited.

In a home, one of the most important things is the furniture, that's the upholstery and the bedframe, which would include a mattress and this is because It's ubiquitousness in not Only beautifying a home but forming some of the most important functionalities.
Cooking utensils are next, probably the first before furniture because before we can do anything, finding ways to cook is the first thing we'd want to do. Recently, I heard about the cost of furniture from a friend, and checking out online to attain clarity was shocking.
I honestly do not know how or why upholstery work is quite expensive, maybe it's the wood, the mastery of the carpenter, the type of wood, or even the quality of the wood against things like spoilage over time.

In reality, I've always been attracted to the simplicity of aesthetics. As a content creator, I'm always trying to create an impression, and sometimes designing one's space to be aesthetically appealing is what inadvertently increases one's chances of hitting the height or peak of creativity.
Like I said earlier, we cannot place a budget or cash limit when planning to start up a home and this is because of the inability to put our every need, desire, or want into check. This means we're constantly remembering what to buy, as the need becomes relevant, the relevance of one's needs is what determines the order of importance and this is a style format for what you'll call Scale Of Preference

However, I have initially underrated the cost of setting up a home which has been an oversight on my part, and due to this, I have spent money unintentionally in a bid to take care of necessities rather than taking care of these in sequential order.

The Pictures

So here are some pictures, from when the settings are being done to when they'll be completed.
Now I must say that the process isn't fully complete because there are things I'm yet to buy. I managed to include pictures of inside and outside the house, some of the pictures are just the mundane regularities you'll find inside a house and one of the pictures.
It's interesting because some of these things are what you might regularly see daily and I hope to create an impression with them. Do let me know the aesthetic feeling you got looking at this and the probable cost of some of the things you've seen in the picture.

It's very expensive man, but these things are inevitable, so we just have to do it eventually.

Thankfully Ibadan is not so expensive.

I will just take things gently

I thought of moving to Abeokuta or Ibadan, my family aren't having it. Hahahaha.

It is really nice getting a lovely place like this but the expense in setting this up is pretty much high which I believe would reduce your spendings though when you probably move to your own place. Am sorry for the death of your mm please accept my condolences.

Well, I guess it was about time, it's really important. Well, the next thing is to begin to plan how to set up one's life. Person don dey old. Thanks for your condolence

Naso bro and keep up the good work moving

Hey, congratulations bro. This looks very nice. Looks like an affluent neighbourhood too. 🙌

The looks flatters it, the place can be quite hectic. But I'm enjoying moving to somewhere different at the moment.

True talk @josediccus

It's still commendable. I sha hope sey flood no reach that side.

It's been raining non-stop for the past 9 days, this place has handled the flood quite well. The journey to manhood is difficult.

Your home is looking comfy bro, best having a comfortable home where like in your case you work from home most of the time. Though it come with expenses but very much worth it.

I wouldn't have been able to afford this, I had to partner with a friend to rent this place. Anyways, after the one year is due, I would move out because the expense of my mother's burial might have ensured I won't be able to pay another rent

Let's hope things gets alot better so you can afford it

Well, hopefully too. If not, I'm putting other plans into perspective, there's a lot I want to do at the moment.

It's always nice to get new furniture but I tend to shy away from it most of the time. It just doesn't really seem worth the cost outside of when you move in. I think your new place is a bit cramped but it has enough room for you to at least feel comfy.

Well inevitability one need furnitures, I don't know of out there in the US. plus, it's not crampy though, this is just the parlor of the apartment.

It is nice and cozy from what I see.
Hopefully you might have to pay a fortune.
Here in Florida, rent is going through the roof lately.
Many folks are coming to Florida due to the weather up North.
Lucky for me I own my place. Still paying monthly though.

Enjoy it.
!BEER

You own your place? How come you're paying monthly? Is it lease ownership? It's nice but I had to collaborate with a friend to rent it, it wouldn't have come cheap. Plus, I might have to move out in a year time when the rent is due

I've been missing out for a while. Very nice apartment you've got there. But this apartment must have cost a fortune, it looks so cool both on the inside and outside. I saw some of your comments where you said you'll vacate the apartment in a year time. So why spend so much money trying to set up something you know you won't enjoy for a long time? cause from what I am seeing here, even that sofa costs more than 200,000.00 over here let alone other things. I pray you have money to renew your rent and enjoy you cozy home.

I lost my mum, unexpectedly, so the expenses has taken me back, this might mean I wouldn't be able to renew the rent with a friend. Although it's not just me paying, we're two paying for this place.

Accept my sincere condolences for the loss of your mum.

I like how it's neat nad clean.
