Web3 is always buzzing, you know?
That is the case and you would never know this until you start positioning yourself in places where people are really grinding hard to make the best out of what Web3 has to offer.
I've seen a lot of builders in this space who break their bones in half to build a web3 product that would resonate with both the trends and narratives. I don't know if y'all are really aware of the impact of "narratives" in the Web3 market.
Take memecoins for an example. Memecoins are fundamentally driven by the narrative that is trending in the world, and that is why projects like $ElonTrump, which basically launched a few hours ago on Ethereum Blockchain, are massively growing, and the market cap can get really wild. What about the $dog project? There was even a $Trans token. Haha.
Yeah!
People who are building this have their eyes on the trend because they know the impact of these things and the type of effect it can have on any project they would be launching, especially if they plan to launch a memecoin.
That's builders for you.
Anyone building in the Web3 space is very serious about their grind. They have to put in the work because even a project that wants to rug investors knows that it won't happen as a miracle. Here's what they will do;
They have to hire shillers who will make some noise about their projects.
They will have up to 100 accounts of active raiders who will go on wild marketing stunts across several social media platforms.
They sure need an official Twitter account for the project and that account will be managed by a social media manager.
They will need a couple of mods for their telegram/discord channel.
Errm... Community managers too.
So, if a Dev who launches a memecoin has to do all that work despite knowing that he/she is going to run the project and steal investors' money within a month, can you even imagine the level of grind it takes genuine projects to build for years?
Truly! Everything that happens in Web3 requires an insane level of commitment.
We can all have a good laugh at airdrop hunters. They don't get nearly enough praise in the Web3 space. However, these folks are also serious grinders. You need to see how they hunt these airdrops. Didn't you hear about the tap-tap-tap mini app airdrops on Telegram? Do you know how crazy you need to be to do that daily?
Yeah!
This brings us to the question;
How far are you ready to go on this grind?
