Last Night Was the Ice Breaker Part of Roy's 55th Class Reunion
It was fun and kind of funny being the youngest one in the group. I almost felt weird telling them that I didn't graduate from high school till 1979. There was a nice turnout of people. It was at a bar attached to a bowling alley in the town of Round Lake, IL. We stayed for a couple of hours and had a nice time. The main reunion party is this afternoon. One of their classmates is hosting it at his home. It will be an outdoor event and the weather is supposed to be sunny but not really hot.
My plan is to squeeze in as much work as possible before we have to leave at noon. so, on to the real reason for this post. My weekly update!
Friday Buy Day 9/8
I started out with 6.87166975 SWAP.HIVE in my Hive Engine wallet from trading tokens earlier in the week.
I bought my usual $16 USD worth of Litecoin on Coinbase and received $14.37 USD in LTC after the fees. I deposited it to SWAP.LTC on Hive Engine and waited for the transaction to complete.
One of the things I like about Coinbase is that the minimum spending amount is much lower at $1.99 USD. On Transak the minimum is $30 USD to buy Hive tokens.
I received 0.22701756 SWAP.LTC in my Hive Engine wallet and traded it for 52.15472624 SWAP.HIVE
That brings me up to 59.02639599 SWAP.HIVE and I am going to trade a few more tokens to see if I can get an even 60 SWAP.HIVE to reinvest this week
Okay, came close but didn't quite get there. I ended up with 59.93840352 SWAP.HIVE to reinvest this week.
