Question: February 15, 2025. Will XRP's ETF Approval Trigger an Increase in Price?

The price of XRP has increased significantly in the past 2 days. Today it sells at $ 2.79 per unit of XRP. The reason for the increase may be the impending approval of the XRP ETF by the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

It may take some time for the actual approval to occur taking into consideration that there is a SEC’s lawsuit against Ripple Labs that needs to be completely settled.

Some people believe that XRP may play a significant role as a vehicle of transfer of money between countries in the near future.

I think the recent XRP price increase is more driven by market speculation. In this case, it is also possible that if the ETF is not approved soon, the price could correct again. However, if the ETF is approved soon, I think this could be the beginning of a long-term increase. (My opinion)
