First, if you are on a plane and the person next to you says "Where It's At?" The correct answer is always "I got two turntables and a microphone."
Props to Beck there.
But in regard to Chaos Packs, "Where It's At?"
It is at $1.49 today which is a bounce up from the recent $1.45 low. Wonder why Chaos is dragging the bottom? We answered that last week in this post Splinterlands Slashes Chaos Pack prices!
I have moved my buypoint to $1.30 for Chaos packs. Why?
Well, one of the best game tools is Splintercards Tool Pack Value
As predicted, more packs at lower prices is pushing down the value of cards. At $1.40 if you buy potions, then you lose $0.23 on each pack.
So I dropped my buy point to $1.30. I expect Chaos packs will continue the march down for all of December and into January.
So how did I do this week on my 21st pack opening?
Consistently bad at this point!
I am opening 52 packs in 52 weeks of Splinterlands Chaos Legion. I purchased the packs at around $2.25 on Tribaldex, which is a great discount from the retail price of $4 a pack on Splinterlands, but bad for me now since packs are $1.49 as of today.
But will I have a profit at the end of the year? Nope, not this week. The return on this pack was a pretty shabby $1.04. That's 3 or 4 really bad weeks in a row now.
The cumulative cost at this point is $47.25, while the return is now at $57.47.
