Another month and another Hive Power Up Day (HPUD). I have not been the most consistent in writing blogs. I do try however. There are times when I write daily then I cannot write for weeks. I go with the flow of my offline life. It works best that way. I cannot force it. Hobbies must remain fun. I've set my Hive goals and would like to achieve them though. As a result, I might take breaks but I persevered. I continued trying.

Recently when I could not write for 12 days - I thought so much for setting SMART goals. However, I was not overzealous with my HP goal. It was SMART enough. I had a plan to have 7,500 HP by 31 December 2023 and today - I've achieved that goal.
HPUD
Today I powered up 30 HP.
I am now at 7,519 HP. Therefore my HP goals for the year was met already. Yay!!!
Watching our HP grow is an achievement as our influence on the platform increases. We are all here on Hive for various reasons but this goal, we all have in common.
At the November HPUD - I had 7,192.00. This means my HP increased of 308 HP.
However, only 184.73 HP was staked (according https://hive.stat.io) - hence from blogging - the rest were power-ups.
It makes me happy to write this post as it has not been easy to start after stopping many times. However as the saying goes -
