First of all, I've always been indebted to Hive. I built this store thanks to my earnings in Hive. While growing the store I dedicated myself to it, my time and hard work has been spent here. However, it got me frustrated sometimes when there was that time I wanted to write but I could not; my store drained my whole energy from body and soul.

It was not long before I managed my time well. I've been writing to hive or creating content and at the same time managing the store. I could say that I am more than happy to expose hive in our small village. Though it's not an easy task because I'm afraid I could handle it or I have the patience to do so. Thanks to, I mean a shout out to @chrisrice for giving me an idea about at the same time encouraging me to make this happen. That's why with his support and supervision I'm confident that it will work out for sure.

So here are the things that I've been doing to encourage adults to join hive. I didn't surprise them of course about how they could purchase in my store with just writing or creating content. I asked them first if they'd love to write or to read. If they'd answered that they were not I told them "You should be." I began to state the details of how they'd benefit through those activities that I mentioned earlier. I told them with full of positivity and honesty that they could use their earnings to purchase in my store. After they heard the word purchasing they looked surprised and asked me if it was true. I just smiled like an arrogant being and replied, "Yes."

Just a brief information about my store and how I was confident to offer it to them. There are different items you can find in my store. Of course, it is not a big one but most locals in the small village go here to purchase. For the information of everyone, I'm not bragging about my store since I'm not rich. I sell rice, frozen goods, pork meat, chicken meat, milk and coffee sachets, soft drinks, alcohol, cigarettes and many more. Sorry, but it's too many to mention but for the people to understand what kind of store is my store. It is a "sari-sari store" that is popular here in the Philippines. It's like a convenience store where you can buy most of a person's basic needs.

Every 3 days I went to a bigger store to buy items to sell in my store. You can say that I'm working hard to make sure I can provide what the people need when they come into my store. If I didn't have the items they were looking for, I took a note on it. I wrote it in a notebook so when I go to purchase items again I will buy those items I didn't have before. In that way of strategy when they'd come again and look for that specific item I can provide them with. It's just like an introduction story of my store but because of it, those people will come by again and again because they know that they can find the items they are looking for.

I just started inviting people in my community to be on board to hive and I convinced 3 of them for now. I will not assume an immediate positive result but I'm confident about this. Although I know there's not too much merit for this but of course there's still is. I'm doing business here so I can benefit with the numbers of people that can join hive.
