Hello everyone,
This is my very first post on LeoFinance and I decided to write about the PIZZA token. We have been getting lots of new members in the Discord lately and with the project growing so much, it's hard to explain the token in a couple of sentences. PIZZA started as a tipping token on the blog and has been developing lots of new use cases lately.
Here are some of the use cases we have at the moment.
🔶 Tipping Token
This is how PIZZA started about a year ago. You stake the tokens in your Hive wallet and can use the !PIZZA command in the comments of the blog to show the author your appreciation. To be able to start using the command, you need 20 PIZZA tokens staked. These are the levels of staking and the number of comments you can make per day:

| Level 2 | 200 PIZZA tokens | 10 times a day |
| Level 3 | 500 PIZZA tokens | 15 times a day |
| Level 4 | 5000 PIZZA tokens | 20 times a day |

🔶 Hive Games Purchases
PIZZA has been developing partnerships with a number of games in Hive. One of the benefits brought by those partnerships is the ability to use the PIZZA token to purchase items in the games. Currently, you can spend your PIZZA tokens in the following Hive games:

🔶 PIZZA Shop
You can also buy Steam Video Games using your PIZZA tokens. Visit the PIZZA Game Store to choose your next game. The shop catalogue is updated frequently.
If you searched for a game that is not available on the store, you can make a suggestion in the PIZZA Discord for the title to be added to the catalogue.
🔶 Investments
When you stake your PIZZA tokens you get a 12% APR compounding interest. There is a minimum amount of tokens staked to receive the rewards that is approximately 30 tokens.
You can also add liquidity to the PIZZA Diesel Pools and receive rewards daily. There are currently 4 pools with PIZZA and they all offer good APR. You can visit BeeSwap or Tribaldex websites to check the current rewards of the pools.
🔶 Discord Giveaways
Having PIZZA tokens staked also offer you the benefit of participating in the Discord weekly giveaways. People with staked PIZZA get special roles in the Discord that start with 200 tokens staked. The higher the rank the more giveaways you can participate. The giveaways also have a message count requirement. Visit the PIZZA Discord to check out the current giveaways.
These are just a few of the use cases of the PIZZA token, but the project is a lot bigger. The Scholarship program is on its second wave at the moment and preparing to launch the third one. The Discord is always busy with all sorts of events, catering to our diverse community of gamers, artists, musicians, writers and many more. To talk about the multitude of things that PIZZA is involved around Hive would require another post. Let's just keep the focus of this one on the uses of the token and I will bring more updates on the PIZZA project soon.
