Never with fever
Doing sports, working out, it’s all beneficial for our bodies. But in winter time we have to be extra cautious.
The cold and rain and snow makes us extra susceptible for illness. And some people just don’t listen to their bodies.
Working out in the cold with a cold and especially a fever can be extremely dangerous. You’re body can go into a sort of shock because it can’t regulate temperature anymore.
This should always be in the back of our minds during the colder days. Listen to your body!
