This on in particular is an indirect token of CENT by its creator. There's a limited amount initially. Like with BBH and BBHO got some early stake / sizeable stack. While there isn't much initially to benefit. The action is stating that Pepe is in and onboard. Pepe and Cent hab been supporting each other in little ways with members in both communities, so it just makes "cents" (sense).
Just a few hundred on the market initially, much of which was picked up by the founder. So these look like good signs. There is also a pool. So tokens are available there. Just that the initial price listing in the Hive Engine order book now belongs to a frog.
Looks like there will be moar in tiem and may release some at some value or put some in the pool as well.

Income distribution has been becoming part of dis Pepe's (token) strategy. With drips from $BBH token and also from $SBT fer example. While $PEPE itself does not have any form of a drip. The drips add (underlying) value and may result in getting other tokens such as this and buy backs for example. As we maintain a small buy order on the market at the very least nearly everyday.
Seeking in part similar concept with the $PEPE token with various challenges. For instance it may be noticed that there is a $PEPE:$HBD, but no $PEPE:$HIVE pool to date. One of the reasons for this is the imbalance mentioned. Pools are also small compared to overall market cap. However this is also expected with staking, and others uses, and options, even as simple as "holding" the tokens in one's wallet.
