While I was on my walk this morning, I was listening to one of the YT crypto channels and the author mentioned the arrest of the Telegram owner in France, allegedly accused of some "standard" offenses, which somehow came up on the surface right after an accused person doesn't obey... It's interesting how all these years nobody could find anything of that, and suddenly, when they (whoever "they" are) want to shut down Telegram, "dirty things" come to the surface... I have no idea what of all that is true, but this "spontaneous list of events" is ridiculous...
I mean, you don't have to be a conspiracy theorist to realize that so many things are off... The sides are changing... Western society was brainwashed through history how some Eastern countries are the worst (and vice versa too), how there is no freedom of speech, how governments in the East are banning websites, and social networks, gaslighting people, rigging elections, etc. How about now? Who was doing a witchhunt on crypto? Who was running the "Operation Chokepoint"? And the newest one... Who wants to ban Telegram because the users have privacy? (btw. there are dozens, if not hundreds of examples of government being hypocrites)

It's always the same thing over and over again... Distractions all over the place, pan y circo ("bread and circuses", what would Spaniards say), crisis after crisis, war after war, artificially creating a problem and then pretending to search for a solution... All these were called paranojas by conspiracy theorists a few decades ago... Today, this is reality, even without hiding it... They are laughing at us and our weakness to respond, to show our dissatisfaction...
You can easily translate these breakdown points into more personal things... I saw a Hivian from Venezuela having health issues as he literally had a mental breakdown because of the situation in his country! Don't forget, it was not HIM who created the issue, he just absorbed the negativity, the frustration... It's very sad to see these things happening...
Luckily, I didn't have health issues in my breakdowns (or I did?), but I was faced so many times with some ridiculous rules, and totally nonsense things that I had to do, just to "comply" with something utterly stupid... Sometimes, I'm amazed by the things that people are willing to do just to get a breadcrumb from some crook who is in the place that allows him to do whatever-the-fck he wants to do...
I know that HIVE isn't perfect and that we also have our "crooks", but at least we have some foundations that allow us to build something better... It is a starting point... I know, I know... Hive has existed for almost 10 years, but compared to a broader picture, that's not that lot... We still have a lot more to build and to advance... Like someone said in one of the comments: "Hive has a lot of issues..." Yes, it has... But knowing the potential, I think it's worth working on solutions, it's a challenge to make it better... Because... It can, it is, and it will be better!
My question for today is... Did you break down/snap somewhere in the past? What more has to happen that you say: "This is it... I can't stand it anymore"? Sooner or later, every (thinking) person will snap... It's not a question of IF, but the question of WHEN...

Along with participating in #HivePUD, recently I've been trying to get those #HivePUM badges that you get when you power up every day in a month, or create a post every day (or mixed)... As I was on vacation most of August, it was very hard to NOT forget to power up... I was creating fewer posts, but I tried to stay disciplined and power up every morning, before beginning my day!!!
To get this badge, you should power up at least 1 HIVE every day of the month OR create a post every day with rewards set to 100% HP...
