One of the easiest #HivePUD to miss is January 1st! As the euphoria with celebrations, calling the family, wishing everyone the best, this event knows to go in the background plan and be forgotten... But, it's only one day, so not a big deal! You can always power up some HIVE, on any day!!!
I did yesterday my 2024 recap post, I left a small space for creating and participating in the first #HivePUD of 2025 today!

But before diving into that, I saw that many people were doing the #HiveRecap2024 posts, which I found interesting... As I wanted to do a more specific recap, I did it my way in the already-mentioned post... But, today, I would like to share a couple of HIVE numbers from the last year, just to remind myself about the progress that I made! It's a good way to motivate yourself as sometimes we think that we didn't do too much as we don't zoom out on things!

As you can see, I have powered up over 10K HIVE during the year (most of that on #HivePUDs!) and claimed over 12K HivePower (I suppose all that came from author and curation rewards)... I wrote 207 posts which is less than some of my Hive friends did, but every second day for a post is fine IMO... The VIDEOS numbers aren't right and I don't know how the script found that I did only 1... It was a lot more than one as I did many #HHHLive shows recaps and a few #Walk&Talk series videos... The number of comments could be right, and it's a pity that I didn't know this number before as I would push to 5000... 😃
Regarding communities, I was doing #MyHiveGoals and Workerbee pool posts in the Leofinance community, #HHHLive shows in the Ecency community, and travel posts in WorldMapPin... I did a few rants and regular blogging posts that went to some other communities...

#MyHiveGoal in 2024 was to reach 100K HivePower, and I'm happy to see that number well above! Almost 105K on the first day of 2025!
What's next? As you can see, I had to lower my #HivePUD power-up from 1K to 250 HIVE, as my "reserves" depleted... But, I will try to keep my word and NOT power down during 2025... If the markets go into the wild bull run, that could be the hardest thing ever to do! 😃

So, what is #HivePUD?
Just a short introduction to HivePUD... What does it mean at all? #HivePUD is shortened for the Hive Power Up Day. It's an event when Hive members power up their liquid HIVE and stop any active PowerDown! It is organized by great fellow Hivians @streetstyle and @traciyork and is held every 1st day of a month.
