In the Pre-Bear Days, there was a beautiful project that had all the elements you might want...beautiful art, tokenomics that made it worthwhile to hodl, plans to roll out interactive play, mining and staking, and beautiful art. What it lacked was the financial muscle to retain their artists.
Or at least that is what the founders said. And I believe them still to this day because they were patient, forecasted any changes in strategy (other than the loss of artists) with plenty of time for collectors to change our own strategy, and communicated regularly on Discord.
I was looking through my Atomic Hub wallet and saw these cards and had a strong sense of nostalgia. I mean, yes, even with the staking and mining I did not earn back what I put into this project given its abrupt end, but it reminded me of a time of such hope, and my happiness that I was rewarding a pretty unique project that put the time in to make nice art and not just frogs, dogs, and zombies (not that there's anything wrong with that ofc).
I did not want these cards to just rot away at the bottom of my wallet, and I am hoping there is someone out there who loves the are that some of these fine NFT projects produced (or just wants to sell some free NFTs, no fault there).
