First Leo Power Up Day(LPUD) of 2025: powering up my LEO tokens today.
Fifteen of the month is celebrated as the LEO Powerup day event that is one of the way to promote solidarity in the community and also give a message to stake more LEO. Now as a Lion (inleo dapp user or LEO token holders) you earn LEO for your engagement in the inleo dapp whether it is as author rewards or as curation rewards. Since these rewards are earned as liquid rewards, so it is good choice to collect your rewards to become substantial and power up in the LPUD or Leo Power Up Day.
Powering up the Leo on Leo Power Up day also helps you to earn some cool rewards by sponsors. Though post by Leogrowth do talk about the rewards and also names of the sponsors but do not mentioned the exact prizes. I am hoping that this prizes will give us sweet surprises as it is the first LPUD of the year.
I was inactive for last full year and got active at the start of this year and I see LEO has developed so many tools and notable is the revamp of the Leodex and the integration of the "Dash" and "Hive" community using the inleo dapp. There are other numerous changes that you can keep your updated by following @leofinance account.
Currently Leo team is seeking support of the community for their DHF Proposal so that they can accelerate their development of inleo and other related platforms that will help Hive in onboarding more users and tap furthermore communities.
On the side note, more tool will be created that will hook the communities to inleo and Hive and overall it promote Hive as a decentralized blockchain and allow user to experience the potential of Hive.
I already voted in for the proposal and today I will be powering up the 500 LEO to celebrate the first LEO powerup day of the year with the bang.
I wish all the luck and success to LEO team for their future development and I also hope my powered up LEO will help me in earning little more curation income, little more visible in community and little more rich in coming days when the LEO price appreciate in future.

So with this power up for today my overall LEO power is now 11539 LP (yeah , I am earning and stacking my LEO for long.). Also if you notice the price of LEO in the screenshot, you will see that LEO has gained 13.27% today and I am sure a lot of Lions, cubs, and newbies will be buying LEO for the today power up.
