Leodex is out of service, so please do not send funds there.
Let me make a very simple and short announcement, that Leodex is currently out of service, so do not send your funds there.
You might say that you see the webpage up, you are still able to deposit and whatever you can do (like seeing some Hive exist in Leodex wallet) or etc. etc. But simple truth is that service is down and below is the response of Khal in Leo Discord.
I guess there is a better mechanism like disabling the button or removing the button, or updating the status in the site as a ribbon, or more better to take the site down itself as its future plan is to merge with Beeswap services provided by Gerber (Dcity fame)
Anyway if you are all set , then just remember not to use it until you see confirmation from Khal/Leo team for using it.
But if you already used it and now become eligible for refund then you should do the following.
If you need Refund.
- Head to the Leo Discrd. (https://discord.gg/JgA4G26KNm)
- Go to the channel #tech . support
- Click on "Create Ticket" there and create ticket for your issue, do share your transaction id.
- Wait for the team to refund you, it might take weeks so be patient but not forgetful.
Maybe this refund process will suddenly make you "regular" on Leo Discord.
PS: I got refunded before I ended this post,so do not worry and do raise ticket.
