My 29K HP milestone and LEO power up Day (LPUD).
I reached the 29K Hive Power milestone yesterday, and I can say that I have a nice start for the year. I powered up on January 1st to 28K and plant to end the year on 35000 Hive power, which is like adding 584 Hive per month. So if I end with 29168 Hive before ,the end of the Feb 28, then I can say that I am on the right track. With my current Hive power at 29020 Hive power and currently having 80+ Hive in liquid and post-payout giving out other 80+ Hive power inthe next 7 days, I will reach this goal probably on Feb 22 and have an extra 6 days to move ahead which will ease my pressure for next coming month.
Also, somewhere in the last week, my curation income crossed 5000 Hive power, since the author and curator split is 50-50, so I can say I helped authors in Hive to earn approximately 5000 Hive.
In last Leo Powerup, I was lucky to get delegation of 3000 LEO and in Last Hive Powerup day, I won delegation of 2000 Hive, so at current my curation income is now close to 50 Hive per week, I expect it to decrease when delegation will be revoked on March 1, but I still hopeful of maintaining it as 45+ Hive per week but I hope to add 2000 Hive power in next 3-4 month then I will again cross 50+ Hive power from curation per week.
It is Leo Powerup Day, so talking about Leo and powering up Leo comes up naturally. I am powering up today 730.18 Leo to participate in the Leo Powerup day. So I have shared the above screenshot before powerup and the below screenshot after power up.
Maybe, luck is again on my side to win some Leo Delegation.
About Leo Price and DHF proposal.
Leo's price is definitely in free fall and as a stakeholder it pinches but what hurts more is the split in the Hive community for the "for" and "against" the proposal. I was not active in the last year and what I understand is that seeds of these rifts were coming from 2024. At current, I am busy in playing Hive games and really not interested in digging up also.
All I wish that every proposal should have more transparency in Hive and to be more precise, apart from top 10-15 stakeholders in Hive that are too much invested in Hive others are too thinly invested in Hive, I am not blaming the tops but blaming how badly it makes this a centralized system in a decentralized blockchain. I hope all should be taking Hive governance more seriously not by their thoughts but with their stake also.
