OpenAI is the regular ChatGPT we all know but guess what? It’s not free to get all the good stuff from it, you need to pay for it or you won’t get all the best stuff from it, and I don’t think it’s open source. But Deepseek seems to be cheaper than Open AI and has open source so any one can probably utter to suit their prompt. Ironically Deepseek is more openAI than OpenAI, so this led to the crash of the US stock exchange.
It cost Deepseek 95% less than open AI to build and it’s from china, I saw it trending and a memecoin was created for it so I decided to do my findings. Due to its performance and cost of production, its existence wiped $1 Trillion from the US stock market. It’s funny because no one knew about this AI few days ago, but after few days of existence it’s done something huge. It’s been said the past that people that have one of the most powerful AI in the world will control the world. This is one of the reasons the stock market lost a trillion dollars.
You know nividia, a US chip production company that makes chips for softwares like AI, rumours has it that they were ordered to stop making chips for china, this was expected to cripple china’s chance of creating any AI software. But desperate times usually calls for desperate measures, so people decided to rethink and rebuild everything that will make them build this AI without the help of the US nividia. It cost about $5 Million for this people to build it, So imagine people investing billions of dollars on a project, then watch another project spend 95% less on the same project and get it better, this will discourage investors.
