Pump.Fun Is Where You Shouldn’t Be

in #hive-167922last month

When I heard about this site, pump.fun I was like, Hmm, cool name, I guessed it’s where people go have fun while they pump their coins, well, wrong, tokens get pumped there but most of the time, you get dumped. Pump.fun is where anybody can do anything and there will be no consequences for that, we watched a 13 year old rug a bunch of people, and people have done more than that on pump.fun. The funniest thing is that, that place is like a money playground, where any little excitement can make your money pump and boredom can make your money dump. We all know that the reason the 13 year old token pumped was because of the hype surrounding it from the community trying to teach him a lesson, after the hype died, we watched the market cap of the token go down from over $30 Million to $5 Million now.

Those people that bought the top would be in massive loss now. But such is not said about the people that invested in chill guy, I remember seeing chill guy at $4 Million and thinking it was too late to enter, but look at it hovering above $300 Million now. Memecoins on pump.fun need hype to stay relevant, we saw that happen with Peanut, Barsik, the Cat of Hasbulla, and then ended with chill guy being an internet meme that everyone could relate to.

Now the whole meme hype has died, what’s next? People tried going to church meta for the Christmas, but that didn’t last, so now people are doing wild things on their pump.fun live feed to create buzz and hype, like the ladies going nude displaying NSFW content just to create hype. Lol, what a crypto wild world we live in, invest wisely and stay safe.

Each passing day and with situations like these, you really wonder where the world is heading towards, some have already lost the little sanity that they had.
