When did you hear about cryptocurrency for the first time? Probably you got to know about crypto in a bull market. People are very excited to share how much money they are making investing in cryptocurrency. You feel like you are missing out. You feel the urge to make investments in crypto.
You wish you would make a lot of money like those people who shared screenshots. You make some money but suddenly the crypto market starts crashing. You start losing money. You think you will sell everything to exit your position, but you did not get the chance.
The only you see is, the whole crypto market is going down and your lucrative crypto portfolio looks horrible. When you have a bad experience in crypto, you may not look at cryptocurrency the same way. You think crypto is a scam, it will not be sustainable.
Your bad experience in crypto can hold you back. Instead of blaming crypto, ask yourself whether you take the time to learn and practice before putting your money in crypto. If you don't know what you are doing and just follow some so-called experts blindly, you will end up getting rekt every time.
Crypto is not some sort of magic that makes your dream come true overnight. People who are into crypto and make money over time understand what they are doing. Throwing money in crypto in a bull market might work to make some quick money, but if you are serious about it and think long-term, you have to put effort and time before making any financial decisions.
If you have a bad experience, that means you did something that did not work. In order to make money in crypto, you have to make sure that you don't make the same mistakes again. You can focus on improving your skills. That will help you manage your risk and make better investment decisions.
Learn from others, but don't rely on them to make investment decisions. When you do it on your own based on your analysis and research, you see a difference. You will make mistakes, correct them, get better and do well in the long term.
