Another season of Splinterlands ended today. Last season I only played in the Modern format and although I advanced to the Gold III League in the last days of the season, I failed to stay there and completed the season in the Silver I League. I played in Modern for the first time in a long time and the battles were incredibly difficult for me, so I will return to the Wild in the new season and after the recent changes I want to experience it in the new season.
I was able to gain more SPS in Modern than in Wild, but very little Glint. I received 20,046 Glint rewards at the end of the season, and I received 50,126 Glint at the end of the previous season, which means my Glint reward for the end of the season decreased by 30,080, which is truly incredibly low. I will play for Wild in the new season and I will calculate the difference clearly and see which one is more profitable for me.
Since I didn't have much Glint I could only buy the 2 Legendary draws and opened them, here are the cards I got.
I'm glad I got the Ferexian Hero card, which I've been wanting to get another copy of for a long time.
FEREXIAN HERO
And I finally managed to upgrade my Ferexian Hero card to level 3 and now it also has the Reflection Shield Ability. I didn't have any cards with the Reflection Shield Ability in the Fire unit, so I'm happy to upgrade it to level 3. Especially in battles with the Explosive Weaponry ruleset, level 3 Ferexian Hero will be of great help to me.
AVES STURGIS
I already have level 3 of the gold edition of Aves Sturgis so I'm not upgrading the regular one, but if I can get 7 more copies of it in the future I might upgrade it to level 4.
