A New Solana-Based DePIN Powered By Everyday Devices

Top DePIN Blockchains

I have focused a lot of attention on Solana and Peaq-based DePIN projects, as these are the most viable and have the highest chance of success. Grass has been a good example of DePIN success and as you may know, is built on Solana. I have addressed many alternative Solana-based DePIN projects, most notably Gradient Network and Nodepay. I am bullish on both these projects and expect them to perform well in 2025.

Peaq-based projects such as Kaisar Network, Teneo, and DeNet hold enormous potential going into 2025. Peaq has a knack for attracting top-tier projects with strong and transparent teams. I am still waiting for some alternative blockchains to begin providing some competition regarding DePIN development and creativity. However, I have yet to stumble across anything that captures my attention outside of Solana and Peaq, which is Polkadot-based.

Exposure to the top DePIN projects on these two chains is smart, especially since DePIN mining provides an easy and free way to gain access and exposure to future tokens. It’s one of the smartest ways to leverage WEB3 technology and will be seen as such in years to come. I stumbled across today’s project a few weeks ago and have added it to my Solana arsenal.

Bless Network

Bless is another Solana-based alternative to Gradient, Nodepay, and others. It has amassed half a million downloads in just a few short weeks. The process is the same as its Solana-based competitors. By downloading a browser extension, users can convert their PCs into nodes. Contributing to the network enables users to mine while their PC is on and remains running.

Time mined will later be converted to BLESS tokens. It’s a good idea to use a dedicated DePIN laptop or PC, especially since so many new projects are coming out. It’s important to remember that once other chains attract DePIN devs, the market will be flooded with monetization models. This is another reason why I am keen on the idea of gaining exposure to the current leaders.

The first projects that arrive and succeed have a way of going from strength to strength. Furthermore, a saturated market leads to dilution. It’s important to be early and establish oneself amongst the leaders before the masses arrive. Bless has more than 500K downloads. However, it’s important to note that Grass had more than 2 million nodes online when the first airdrop was issued and it was still an incredibly viable airdrop.

DePIN projects like Bless and others are providing opportunities with enormous future potential. Not everything works out perfectly. However, with increased exposure comes greater odds and even though I have great expectations for Gradient and Nodepay, Bless, or even Dawn could also be profitable opportunities. You have to have a line in the water if you want to catch a fish!

Final Thoughts

Please remember that any new project in the Crypto space is extremely speculative. This is one of the reasons why I often write about WEB3 opportunities like SoFi and DePIN. Crypto enthusiasts can often acquire tokens without deploying capital, which mitigates risk while gaining additional and increased exposure to the Crypto market. Always DYOR and remember to enjoy the journey. See you next time!
