It's been a while since I've shared how my earnings are in relation to the dividends I receive from some tokens and delegations of Hive Power, after all, in addition to the main source of income that is the posts I make here, I am focusing on building a portfolio that also makes me earn something passively, that is, with the payment of daily or weekly dividends.
As I always say, Hive is a place where we have many opportunities, because there are many ways to earn resources, either actively, such as making posts or with the games we have available, or passively, whether by delegating HP, tokens or dividends. So, I would like to show you exactly how I have focused on growing a portfolio that generates dividends for me.
Nothing better than a spreadsheet to demonstrate the APR of my investments:
In this table, the calculation is to take what I earn per week, which is the "WEEK_INCOME" column, multiply it by 52, which is the number of weeks we have in 2024, then divide it by the value of the "HIVE VALUE" column and multiply it by 100. This is how I calculate the APR for each one.
My only question is whether the calculation for HP is correct, but I think so. In this case, my holding is not the second layer token but the HP that I delegated, with the "HIVE PRICE" being fixed at 1. If anyone sees that I'm making a mistake, please leave a comment so that I can learn and replicate it in my accounts.
My focus has been extremely on the tokens DBOND (which generates the DAB token), RUG (generates the DBOND token in stake), EDS, EDSMM and ARMERO, because the strategy I have adopted now is to try to make my dividends improve a little every week.
Before I continue, this is the amount in hive that I received this past week:
I was also focusing on the SIM token from the dCity game, which has daily payments, but it was simply in free fall with each payment, as it could not keep up with the growth rate, I left it aside, always putting a little liquidity in the SWAP.HIVE:SIM pool and in this case I no longer buy the token, to really focus on those that were improving every week.
With that in mind, the purchases I made were:

10 DBOND = 10 x 1 = 10 SWAP.HIVE
2 RUG = 2 x 1.98 = 3.96 S.H
3 EDS = 3 x 1.51 = 4.53 S.H
2 EDSMM = 2 x 1.98 = 3.96 S.H
5 ARMERO = 5 x 0.47 = 2.35 S.H
Totaling 24.8 SWAP.HIVE invested. In addition, I delegate HP to the @dab-vote and @eds-vote accounts, which pay in their respective tokens, thus increasing my earnings from these tokens.
Finally, the strategy I started following is no surprise, it is even something that investors usually do with Bitcoin, which is to buy a fixed amount of the token every week or month, regardless of the price. So simple and so far from what I used to do, now, I have set up a purchase plan to carry out every Saturday.
I start by buying 6 DBOND, 2 RUG, 2 EDS, 2 EDSMM and 5 ARMERO, if I have funds left, I go back to the first token on the list and analyze a new round of purchases. Obviously, there are some points to be aware of, such as how my resources are limited or redirected to other things outside of Hive, I also analyze the prices every week. If there is a significant increase between one week and the next, I prefer not to buy the token.
Although the idea of always buying, regardless of the price, is valid, I prefer to redistribute it to another cheaper one instead of buying a token that is too expensive.
To top it all off, here's my monthly check of how much I received in Hive per profile, whether through token holding or delegated HP. Although most individual payments decreased from July to August, overall I've been able to maintain a total increase over the months.
One detail here is that the @spi-payments profile is the one that makes EDS token payments, which happens every Monday, but unfortunately there was a problem last Monday and that's why the payment wasn't made. In this case, tomorrow a double payment will be made for this, so in the image above the total payment was 1.950 Hive, but I believe that this amount paid per week also increased after my purchases.

Faz um bom tempo que não compartilho sobre como são os meus ganhos em relação aos dividendos que recebo de alguns tokens e delegações de Hive Power, afinal, além da principal fonte de renda que são as postagens que aqui realizo, estou focando em construir um patrimônio que também me faça ganhar algo passivamente, ou seja, com o pagamento de dividendos diários ou semanais.
Como sempre digo, a Hive é um lugar onde temos muitas oportunidades, por existirem muitas formas de ganhar recursos, seja ativamente, como realizar as postagens ou com os jogos que temos disponíveis ou passivamente, seja delegando HP, tokens ou dividendos. Então, gostaria de mostrar justamente como tem sido esse meu foco em crescer com um patrimônio que gera dividendos para mim.

Nessa tabela, a conta realizada é pegar o que ganho por semana, que é a coluna "WEEK_INCOME", multiplico por 52 que é o número de semanas que temos em 2024, depois divido com o valor da coluna "HIVE VALUE" e multiplico por 100. Assim monto o calculo do APR de cada um.
Minha única dúvida é se o calculo para o HP está correto, mas acho que sim, no caso, o meu holding não é o token de segunda camada e sim o HP que deleguei, com o "HIVE PRICE" sendo fixo em 1. Caso alguém veja que estou errando em algo, por favor deixe nos comentários para que eu possa aprender e replicar nas minhas contas.
O meu foco têm sido extremamente realizado em cima dos tokens DBOND (que gera o token DAB), RUG (gera o token DBOND em stake), EDS, EDSMM e ARMERO, pois a estratégia que adotei agora é tentar fazer a cada semana, que meus dividendos melhorem um pouco.
Antes de prosseguir, esse foi o valor em hive que recebi nesta ultima semana:
Estava focando também no token SIM do jogo dCity, que têm pagamento diário mas, este estava simplesmente em queda livre a cada pagamento, por não conseguir acompanhar o ritmo de crescimento, deixei ele de lado, colocando sempre um pouco de liquidez na pool SWAP.HIVE:SIM e no caso não compro mais o token, para focar realmente naqueles que estavam melhorando a cada semana.
Com isso em mente, as compras que realizei foram:
Apesar de estar em português, o total que comprei está na parte de baixo da imagem:

Por fim, a estratégia que comecei a seguir não é nenhuma surpresa, é até mesmo algo que os investidores costumam fazer com o Bitcoin, que é a cada semana ou a cada mês, comprar um valor fixo do token, independente do preço. Tão simples e tão longe do que eu fazia, agora, montei um plano de compra para realizar todo sábado.
Começo comprando 6 DBOND, 2 RUG, 2 EDS, 2 EDSMM e 5 ARMERO, se sobrar recursos, volto para o primeiro token da lista e analiso uma nova rodada de compras. Obviamente, tem alguns pontos de atenção, como por exemplo, como meus recursos são limitados ou redirecionados para outras coisas fora da Hive também, analiso a cada semana os preços, se houver um aumento muito significativo entre uma semana e outra, prefiro não comprar o token.
Apesar da ideia de comprar sempre, independente do preço ser valida, prefiro no lugar de comprar um token que está muito caro, redistribuir entre algum outro mais barato.
Para fechar com chave de ouro, meu controle mensal de quanto recebi em Hive por perfil, seja pelo hold de token o HP delegado. Apesar de que de julho para agosto, a maioria dos pagamentos de forma individual diminuíram, no agregado estou conseguindo manter uma crescente total nos meses.
Um detalhe aqui é que o perfil spi-payments é o que realiza os pagamentos do token EDS, acontece todas as segundas-feiras, mas na passada infelizmente houve um problema e por isso não houve o pagamento. No caso, amanhã será feito um pagamento dobrado por isso, desta maneira, na imagem acima o total do pagamento ficou em 1,950 Hive, mas, acredito que esse valor pago por semana também aumentou após minhas compras.
