This coin is a first-year issue in silver of the Mexican Libertad. Two years ago, I won the bid for this coin. Considering the spot price at that time, the condition of the coin, which was BU, it was amazing how inexpensive it was.

I am collecting the BUs 1982 Silver Libertad, and lack a couple more to complete a tube of 25. But I do have a 1983 Silver Libertad! I acquired it last year. I bought this last year.

Since I started stacking, I bought just one for each year. However, the first three years, I purchased the set sizes of BU: 1/20, 1/10, 1/4, 1/2, and 1 oz .
Here's my 2015, 2016, and 2017 Sliver Libertad

This was last year's 2022 Silver Libertad. The 2023 is not out yet.

And... this coin I bought on sale!
