Introduction
We thought we would do a weekly update on what we are up to and how we are doing on Rising Star. There have been many changes over the last few weeks which have been very exciting. The new Charts are up and running and the community are talking and suggesting things to make it balance and be fair. It is great that the community is so open and willing to get involved with game development.
Our progress so far....not just a leader board
We are currently in position 15th on the leader board... which I always say but it is not called that it is called rankings! You get a score based on 4 stats Number of cards, IM of cards, unique cards and time played in min during a week. Now this has always been the main rankings on the game, however there are two others now. There are Raves and if you win and of course the Pro music charts!
The Charts
Now the pro charts have started and people are starting to release their records! It has been fierce at the top but I see @clove71 has just pipped @monsterjamgold to the Number One spot today! Go clove!!! Now the current reward pool for the Charts is only 3 Hive but we are sure this is going to go up over time once Jux is happy that everything is fair and working well!
We however with only our first single are dropping down the charts and need to get a new one out soon. We have been levelling up our cards to level 10 and wanted a full band and a producer to release one!
Favourite card for the week
Every week we will highlight our favourite card for the week. This week it is Ryder.... a little musical pun of a producer riding the faders to mix. We thought it was gonna be about the rider you get when you play, we love a rider usually full of booze, soft drinks and snacks.
The Stick Up Boys tip for the week
This week our tip for newbies is fans, just get fans and level up. It is not hard to start this game but is becoming more complex as time moves on . However the core has not changed, get levels, open the maps then have as many fans as possible to increase SB earning from missions! If you have not got much to invest then dont go to the many giveaways and competions on Hive and on Twitch and win yourself some fans!
