So the time to announce the winner from my latest dcity giveaway has come.

Unfortunately, the participation was once again disappointing and I didn't get many laughs... Oh well.. It is what it is.

I have entered rising stars contest before. It seems that I need to whitelisted it first. So if I win any cards it can't get sent !

You can receive cards without being whitelisted but you can't send cards.
