What's up plebs!
Got another coin post today. This is something that has been on my backlog for a while now and finally its time has come. It's been over a year since I got it, lmao.
Let's have a look!
A commemorative 25 schillings coin from Austria, minted in 1973. This one is dedicated to the 100th anniversary since the birth of Max Reinhardt.
If you have never heard of the guy he was an Austrian-born theater director and producer, renowned for revolutionizing stagecraft and theatrical production in the early 20th century. Yawn.
He is best known for his grand staging of Midsummer Night’s Dream and The Miracle which later became a Hollywood production in 1935 and for co-founding the Salzburg Festival in 1920. Gay.
Here's a link to Wikipedia if you would like to read more on him.
So yeah, somewhat of a big deal I guess. Me, I don't care much about lol.
Generally speaking, this is pretty much like all the austrian schillings I have shown you in the past. A portrait on the reverse and the austrian shields and stuff on the other side.
Here are some more pics I took
So yeah, another boring coin for the stack 😂 That's what you get for being a silly pleb that only pays spot price!
Oh, almost forgot. The edge is engraved
Unfortunately it's the same ol boring text we have seen again and again

25 Schillings
Wow. 🙃
Only thing left to say is about silver purity. It's 13 g of 0.800 purity. That's about 10.5 g of pure silver. Decent enough 🙂
Ok friends, this concludes today's post!
In other news, today I got my #silvergoldstackers secret santa package! Can't wait to open that baby up although I'll have to wait till Christmas. I was a good boy this year, I expect a lot of goodies 😜
Stack on!
