In the starry sky, in the middle of nowhere, a flying saucer appeared, surprising me. A series of questions popped up in my mind:
Is this reality or a dream?
Do aliens really exist?
Why did they come here?
...
This surprise is not over, then comes another surprise. The flying saucer landed in front of my eyes in my astonishment. The wind blew gently, the lights were off, and from the flying saucer, a young man stepped out and approached me. He didn't look much different from anyone I'd ever met.
Before I could say hello, he asked:
What is your purpose in life?
That is an interesting question. It's not difficult to understand, but the answer is a problem. Thinking for a moment, I replied:
I live for my ideals, I have passion and want to fulfill them. I want to bring positive values to the community and most of all, I want to have a lot of friends. You know, in my community everyone has their own life but we create laughter by sharing each other's joy, and each time it brings happiness to each other.
My answer seemed to surprise him a little, for a few seconds he was stunned, he said again:
Humans have destroyed many things, making the earth worse and worse. A series of alarming figures show that humanity is harming the earth.
What do you think if we eliminate your existence on this planet?
Another conundrum, with the knowledge that I have, I answer:
I do not deny what we have done to the earth. But that was just the past, we are gradually changing it according to our process. A clear proof of that is that activities that help the environment are becoming more and more widespread and popular. I think that erasing our existence was a mistake. Because we have made this planet more developed, more modern with the technologies we created ourselves. Hurting the earth is wrong but does not negate our contribution to the planet. Further, I think that doing so would mean erasing a civilization in this universe.
This answer seems convincing enough to me. He nodded a few times and then said:
The technology you mentioned seems to be limited.
Would you like us to share our technology with you?
I happily answer:
If that's true then it would be a great thing. You give us things we don't have and vice versa. Learning from each other's technology will help my planet and yours to grow. I hope that those technologies will be powerful enough tools for us to solve problems and heal the wounds we have inflicted on the earth.
But it seems time is not much, he quickly thanked me for the information I provided. He said that he came to earth on a mission to gather information about his planet. Before asking for his name, he and his saucer flew up high in the dim night. I could only wave and walk into the house. It was a wonderful time and it was unforgettable for me.
