We have always been together as a family at Christmas and New Year's Eve, but we are less and less, because many have left the country to live their dreams, but still we look for ways to have a good time, even if we are few, but enough to have good and special moments; To say goodbye to 2022, we met for the first time at my mother-in-law's house, it was something she was very happy about, there was food, desserts and drinks, even though we were a little sad because it was the first year we were saying goodbye without my sister, she is one of those who left the country, we did not lower our spirits, rather we were happy for her for her new stage and for us for receiving a year more united and with new purposes.
Speaking now of what will be the preparations to receive 2024, sincerely there was nothing concrete, I was leaving everything in the hands of my family, but they did not reach an agreement, it was then that just last night my mother calls me and tells me that her sister, who is my aunt is a little sad, because of her five children only one can be with her, that her house will feel a little lonely, It was then that I proposed to my mother to receive the new year with my aunt, but I also told her to take everything necessary, food, drinks, sound, to make a New Year's Eve dinner, and to receive 2024 with happy music, with good drinks to toast for the good wishes and also to bring joy to my aunt, who until now still thinks that she will only be with her son.
For me family is very important, and I would not feel good celebrating and that she especially is sad and receives the year in this way, even so, I know she will miss her daughters and grandchildren, but they are in different countries and cities, but we will do everything possible to make her as happy as possible.
