At last! The long-awaited Christmas party has come. All of the preparations that we made will come to use. The only thing to do now is enjoy the moment and make a memorable day that we'll never forget.
I am so excited that day, I travel early in the morning to start my day at the beach. I traveled with my classmate, she help me carry some things that are needed for the party.
We arrive at Palma beach resort, 30 minutes before the call time. Three of my classmates are already there, it's not obvious that they're excited right? Haha.
The beach was so beautiful and the sea is calm in the morning, it was low tide at that time so you can walk to the wide brown sand and explore the whole beach.
Nothing changed in the resort since our last visit, it was only 1 or 2 weeks gap but it feels like a month of waiting for me.
I and my classmate take a short walk on the beach. Most of the boats are anchored on the land at that time.
My classmate guides me to one of the spots where the oysters are being harvested. From afar, those look like regular rocks, but when we get near I saw thousands of already harvested tiny oysters.
I was amazed because it is my first time seeing this kind of thing, every rock is full of oyster shells. The spot is also full of tiny cute crabs that are very quick.
We go back to our cottage and some of my classmates are already there. We wait for the others to arrive before we start the party.
There are already many people on the beach and they are preparing equipments for their party. It turns out that my classmate's uncle was right, the resort will be fully booked at that time, I'm glad that we made a great decision to make reservations and pay early.
After a while, all of us are there and we finally start the party that everyone is excited about.
All of us bring our contributions to the party and most of us bring food. Some brought soft drinks and some had alcohol. I woke up and travel early, I didn't eat breakfast so I'm hungry
Of course, there's grilling! We grill some delicious pork and fish. Yup, that's @ayane-chan right there, casually grilling some meat hahaha. @breepickledoodle is also there at the party, they really enjoy the day.. I think. When all things are done, we finally start eating.
After eating, we proceed to the Christmas party games. Everyone participated in the games and it is really fun. We laugh so hard at that time. We didn't get to play all of the games that we plan but those are enough to bring joy to us. I didn't include the photos during the games because it was a complete mess, hahaha. But trust me, it was really fun.
We finally took a swim in the ocean, the water is nice and refreshing but it is too hot out there, Luckily I brought a rash guard that day. It was last year since my last swim in the ocean and it is great. We spend most of our time just swimming and drinking until we didn't realize the time.
Like all other days, it ended. But this day is different, it is full of excitement, joy, and memories that we will treasure. These kinds of moments are the ones that you'll miss when you grow old, the youthful day that will never be back. So, while we're young, enjoy every moment in life, YOLO!
