Life always presents you with very complex situations, if life were to present me with such a situation and unfortunately I had to choose, I would choose the child. The reasons could be many!
But I leave a little context in my choice:
my maternal grandfather was a great man, he was the light of my life for 31 years, he was always my staff and support for everything. But he, he was an orphan, he was abandoned by his parents from an early age. I think long before he was 10 years old.
So from that time on he was wandering the streets, unaccounted for, without a family to take care of him, feed him and give him the fun that a child of that age NEEDS.
He shined shoes on the streets until he arrived in Caracas and began to make a different life for himself. He always had a clear mind to never deviate from his dreams and goals
That is why TODAY I choose the child, and it is like being able to feel that I can help someone who needs it in my past life, who in another life could have been my grandfather, my best friend or any person in my circle today.
Because I believe that life is a cycle, they are experiences and feelings that one forms with the passing of time....
So as the child needs me and we have all the expenses paid we can spend a mega super fabulous weekend so that he has a great and unforgettable time, as all children in the world deserve.
WEEKEND PLANNING WOULD START LIKE THIS:
Friday afternoon let's go home, give him a nice grooming bath.
Get to know how he feels, how he thinks, what his concerns are like, his dreams, a nice conversation to get to know him....
We go out and buy toys and his favorite food and stay at home playing and recharging energy to sleep in a safe roof, read a bedtime story and then rest.
Early Saturday morning we went out to visit the beach, which was one of the things he told me he wanted to see, and that's the only thing I want to do for him to have a fabulous day.
We stopped at a beach store, bought some beach clothes, a surfboard, and hit the road for about an hour. We sang and laughed a lot all the way, the boy was happy, his face was happy and very tender.
And I was immensely happy!
When we arrived at the beach he approached me, hugged me and said in my ear....
I would like you to be my mother, I need someone like you, brave and full of love to guide my steps.
