Hello great community. Happy New Year to you all. I had to say that because this is my first post here this year. And not just this year though, but first post here in this community as well. I’m glad to be doing this today.

It's nice to find a community where one can share their weekend experiences - how it went, what it felt like and so on. The weekend is always that time of the week that I bet you virtually everyone looks out for. Whether be it a business person, a civil servant, company worker or whatsoever, you tend to surely look up to it for a time to wind up, rest and take a break from the week's work and busy schedule.

Nevertheless, some do not rest during the weekend but find it rather as an opportunity to do other more work and maybe complete some tasks left undone. Still, the weekend holds the perspective and psychology for a time of rest. I'll like to share in my post today a little about my weekend experience. It was nothing adventurous of any sort, neither did I visit some place. Well, I did some things and I'll like to share that.

So, the weekend conventionally begins on Friday. Woke up late and tired from the exhaustion of the previous day's work and due to the fact that I slept late also. I woke up to some work still at hand to execute. I had to think of what post to make to the hive platform and later an idea came up which I did put to use.

Later during the day, I got contacted by a friend who was seeking my expertise on graphics design to execute a design for his anticipated brand. I got details and was okay for the design work. Did I mention that I was supposed to go for a kind of seminar or workshop? I could not attend that due to situation that I was caught up with work and some other duties. Well, I hope to go for the next.

Saturday was nothing adventurous as well, I was home all through. Not just sitting at home though, I was caught up almost all in the design task I had to execute. It got the better of my day alongside the post I had to make on the hive platform. Yeah, it was all about working and doing something useful with time. Later in the evening, I stepped out for some fresh air, to at least calm and ease my system, and take some time off screen as well. I was able to get done with the design work in which was sent later to the client. Some adjustments were made which I effected duly and that was done. Or so I thought, late in the night I got a message for some major adjustment to the design, well I have to do just that.

And it is Sunday. After sleeping late Saturday night, I woke up early because it is Sunday. Prepared for Sunday service and later went. At the service, the activities were handled by the church youth, which was a nice thing for me. They actually did well and to their best at least to say. Went home after service and yeah, the day continues. Remember the design I was talking about right, that was adjusted and readjusted? Now I have to work on it. Hence began my quest to finish it alongside write this post. Later before evening, I finished up and it was delivered satisfactorily to the client.

Okay, that was the weekend for me. I mentioned earlier that it was not something adventurous, nevertheless it was a maybe busy weekend for me.
