Good day, Hiveans! One of the blessings you have is being able to spend your time with your loved ones. It’s a great blessing that no amount of money can replace it. But spending time with your loved ones and being able to afford is more than one blessing you have. I hope that when you read my blog today, you’re in better shape and can spend quality time with your loved ones.
Today, I want to share my travel to Bogo City this afternoon. Sunday. Bogo city is 21.7 km away and thirty-one minute- drive from my hometown. This town is more productive than my hometown. The establishments that can be found in the capital of Cebu can also be found here in Bogo. The difference between no SM Mall and Robinson Mall in Bogo City. Despite this, visiting the place feels like visiting the capital but in a small version of it. There are also a lot of banks in the area where we usually withdraw our salary.

Why I’m not familiar with Bogo City?
Back when I was young, the people who could visit the place had cars and could pay the fare for the tricycle. I lived in the center of our town with no access to tricycles. To reach Bogo City, we needed to ride a motorcycle bike first to reach Manlagtang, one of the barangays of our town where the tricycles reside, and then ride a tricycle to Bogo. The travel exerts more time and money. Most of the businessmen in our town travel to Bogo City and buy the basic needs to resell giving opportunities to an ordinary person like me to access the products in Bogo City.
I remember I could only reach the place when my family visited Medellin because the bus would make a stopover in Bogo City, but we had no time to roam around because the time was limited.
I started traveling the place when I finished my degree. I could now afford to pay the fare for a motorcycle bike. When I travel to the place, I need someone with me because I might get lost when roaming since it has no jeep like the capital. I’m more familiar with the capital because I stayed there for five years to finish my degree. I’m more confident to roam around in the capital than Bogo City. Luckily, my husband is familiar with the place and it’s fine with me to roam when I’m with him.
This afternoon, we decided to travel to Bogo City to withdraw some cash to cover the expenses for this week. Traveling here was our way of spending time together without using our phones. His only focus is the wheels and road, and I will think of topics to discuss while driving because it’s not advisable to use the phone when the vehicle is moving. It’s not good for our eyesight as I learned.
As we arrived at the place, I convinced my husband to capture the place for today’s blog. As I checked the photos, some vehicles were captured showing their plate numbers which is not permitted to be posted. Only these pictures are valid.
Thank you for reaching this far. If you want to inspire, learn, and witness beautiful scenery, experiences, and places, do not forget to follow, upvote, and reblog my post to support and motivate me to write more. Thank you.
