TIPS FOR GOOD HEALTH

When you reach a certain age, when you have a family and a stable life, with children, you start to think about what you should do to have a better quality of life and thus to have better health, often thinking about the children, in my case, or rather in the case of my husband and myself, this concern comes to our minds.

Here in Venezuela to be able to eat a proper diet is not easy, unfortunately there are not many who can because to give an example, everything that is protein is expensive and the basic salary earned by many of the inhabitants of this country is not even enough to buy a carton of eggs ....

When I married my husband almost 11 years ago, he had a weight of 160kg, in spite of how tall he is, he was certainly also above his proper weight, my person, although in my youth I was an athlete, after my 3 pregnancies, my body changed radically, I reached 90kg, measuring only 1.60m, so, when you start to see that youth is passing, that something must be done to improve health, we continue with good changes.

GOOD NUTRITION

We started by learning to eat without carbohydrates and, although at the beginning it was radical, this helped us and taught us that flours are not very good for food, we decided to eat divine, but without processed carbohydrates, flours are no longer in our daily food, if we want to eat a hamburger, for example, we replace the bread with meat and instead of one meat, we put 2, plus vegetables, we eat a divine shawuarma, but instead of corduroy we put a leaf of lettuce or cabbage, in short, we eat healthy and divine.

SPORTS

While it is known that a good diet will take off a few sizes, it should always be combined with a good physical activity, if you practice a sporting discipline is great, but it is also good to perform cardio, either walking, jogging, dance therapy, etc.. In our case we decided to run, try to keep that as a routine and of course we complement it with @Hiverun, the set of a good diet and this point makes a healthier life.

ZERO STRESS

For no one is a secret that, worldwide stress is killing mental health and in most cases with the lives of people, of course, these people unfortunately have not been able to channel the stress in their lives, not because they have more or less stress than others, it is simply because they do not have the necessary tools to find a solution, we must bear in mind that, going through a delicate situation at a certain time to increase stress levels will not solve the problem, so, as I say, if the world falls, we just move away so that it does not affect us.
