Each technology comes to us in pairs, which means it has both advantages and disadvantages. In the case of social media, it's also the same, but in the end, we need to keep in mind that we use it as we want. Social media has become a place where we can share our thoughts without any hesitation. It allows us to make friends, communicate with them easily, and know about different cultures. Communicating with different types of people is very helpful in gaining knowledge and helps us to see everything from a wider perspective. With the help of social media, the exchange of thoughts became very easy. Doing promotions or publicity of any product became very easy, and that is very helpful to expand a business. Some people can't afford to start a business in the offline world, but in online many people can start it as it doesn't require a huge investment. Moreover, following some successful businesses can give some ideas for newbies in the business sector. Social media changed a lot compared to past times, and in the present time it allows us to earn money by creating creative content. In recent times, many people are generating money from social media, and that is the reason some of us are interested in being content creators and making a career in social media. We can access updated news, shows, and movies easily because of social media. Almost in every sector, I can see a connection with social media.

Let's talk about the negative side. Unfortunately, many of us are addicted to social media, and there is no doubt that many are wasting our most precious time, which can impact careers. It removed the distance of communication for the people who live far from us, but it created distance between close people like family members as the interaction decreases with them because we remain busy with our so-called social media. Spreading rumors is enough to make a country's situation unstable and think kind of thing because very easy because of social media. No doubt's that social media is very addictive, and it's the reason many of us don't go to sleep early, and it's not a good thing from a health perspective. If there were no social media then, I think people would go to sleep early, and I can say it confidently, as in recent days I observed it during the time of the internet blackout.

Social media offers us a lot of benefits, and I have no reason to deny it, but we also need to accept the disadvantages of it. We can control ourselves not to misuse it, and that can be the best possible scenario, and that's why I love to consider social media as a good thing.
