For these reasons, which I write in this post, I move to a hotel or an apart hotel on weekends, to any place in my country.
Don't you think those hotels are elegant? Where do you get super thick, huge bathrobes on the bed that wrap you up when you get out of the shower? They are robes that I would not have in my house because they are bulky when they are big, they get dirty from nothing, they also take up a lot of space in the washing machine
And I'm never going to wear them, like for what and when?. That's what I find fascinating about hotels like that. It's the other life and every weekend that we can do it, my husband and I check in on Friday at 2 pm, in this type of hotels that are in my city.
The coffee that arrives at the table because someone prepared it and someone is going to remove it from the table when you have finished drinking it and wash the cup. You leave the room, and the bed that is made without being occupied, with the fist of pillows ordered and the air conditioners always on.
The water that comes out according to your preference cold or hot is a wonderful experience, and you do not walk with that mortification of bathing in a hurry because the pump to send water by pipe for your shower, is squeaking desperately, as if angrily shouting "Look... Janitze you are emptying the water tank, and then you are going to give birth, you are going to suffer to get a water tank to be able to recharge them, which is also very expensive the service" , because the hydrological only sends water through pipes once every 15 days.
Those weekends in these hotels that I enjoy whenever I can, no one asks me what are we going to eat? Because that's what the menu is for. Just talk to the waiter about what you want and place the order.
And the best thing of all is that when you finish enjoying those delicious and succulent gourmet dishes, you simply get up from the table because you cancel it when you leave the hotel on Sunday after 3 pm you say thank you, a tip and I leave super happy without the agony of having to wash dishes, dirty pots and the whole kitchen and by the way checking if the cloth napkins that you put on your table for walking elegant way at home got stained haha
It's a vacation within another vacation, in "I pamper myself" mode, and it's really tasty. I am proud of the variety and extraordinary quality of our tourist facilities in my city. They are generous, open, tropical spaces, with details that resemble this beloved land of the sun.
And of course my husband and I, we take advantage of fully enjoying this quarter of life that we have ahead of us and that we intend to squeeze with delirium, he and me.
