The past before the age of 40 is a "step taken" directly to the future. Nothing can be changed from the above, but along the way we are creating new projects with renewed enthusiasm to achieve new dreams.
I start today, Galen, the rest of my life, with these three very personal tips, for integral health: energy, the power of concentration (focus) and learning to conquer fears.
I start with my energy.
To love me like the woman I am always and forever. So after 40 with 20 more decades, I keep adding and making stories, shaping in each new step my life to follow many more paths walking hand in hand "to My one and only", to find my center of tranquility and peace, "myself"...
No time is enough, it's my power of concentration, my focus, my mind.
One day comes that moment of confronting fears, feelings, difficult situations no matter the challenge it entails. And the strength to change comfort zones and states of acquiescence to our convenience, is based on the way we strengthen creative thinking, self-discovery, self-confidence, constant learning and the ability to remain in the face of change and uncertainty.
Recognizing ourselves naturally implies observing ourselves, without drama or excuses, but as part of learning and personal growth that frees us from fears and doubts, impacting this transformation process with the development of maturity and confidence; in oneself and therefore allows us to have a better relationship with others.
And once you get to 40 años...es my best way to face my fears.
It is to look at the beautiful side of life, the one that always appears when you are completely immersed in the experience, enjoying the company of those you love, feeling the weather, listening relaxed and in the present tense to every word of the conversation, making memories with dedication.

I keep everything in my memory, the walk, the food, the company of the family, the color, the aroma of this spectacular floral arrangement accompanied by a sparkling wine at the celebration of my 47th wedding anniversary, this past June. I loved him.
