There is currently a protest going on in Nigeria due to bad governance and increased in the price of goods and services, I am not going out for the protest and so therefore I am staying at home and spending the weekend with my family in our house.
It has started since yesterday and will last for ten days which means 8 days to go after today. Infact , I was supposed to resume for my training work but we were already told not to come from Wednesday and stay in our house.
I normally don't spend my weekend, staying in my house often , as it usually my free time , and I normally spend it with my friend that stays not very far from my house , to play football, watch movies ,drink alcohol and just generally have fun and be relieved of stress.
I am currently spending the weekend with my family and moreover , we have been supplied with electricity alot recently, so we normally put on the television, to listen to the news concerning the protest and to also watch a reality TV show called "Big brother Naija" that is currently going on in Nigeria right now. We also chat and have some meaningful and interesting conversations.
My little brother here always makes me happy and excited, he is still very young , not even up to 2 and can not still talk very clear but he is very smart and I just love carrying him and spending time with him. He can be stubborn and annoying at times but i love him so much and cherish the time we spend with each other.
I won't be doing much this weekend other than just to go out if we probably need something in the house , do some household chores , watch the television and maybe just scroll through social media , sleep , eat and just reset again, I don't have much activity to carry out.
