Good evening hivers, I hope you had a great Friday. Today, I am very happy to be able to participate again in the fantastic proposal of our friend @galenkp. Among all the questions there is one that made flashes in my mind, below I share with you my point of view, I hope you enjoy it.

Living our best life" is different for us all. What would you say the three most important elements to living your best life are for you personally?

Undoubtedly, an important element to live my life better would be to be able to wake up every day in front of the sea. Living in a place where all the cardinal points lead you to be in direct contact with the sea must be a very enriching experience both physically, spiritually and mentally. The maritime landscape is the perfect setting for countless activities where one can recreate, it is a place where it is impossible to get bored, sitting on the shore listening to the waves and watching the seagulls would be great fun. Such a colorful and picturesque landscape brings a state of peace and tranquility. I am sure that the fresh breeze with the smell of saltpeter has countless properties that act as a natural treatment that helps us to improve some ailments. In my personal experience, being on vacation for 2 months at the beach helped my allergy to completely disappear. Now that I am back in the city, I have had to take pills again to control my rhinitis. Without a doubt, the clean air that is breathed in a tropical city does not compare with the environment that exists in the city, despite the fact that the place where i live is surrounded by a beautiful mountain, i think the pollen from the flowers is the main reason for my rhinitis.

The second element that is very important to me is peace of mind. For many years of my life I was experiencing a sentimental situation that completely robbed me of peace. From my personal experience I can assure you that without peace you cannot fully enjoy the pleasures of life, the absence of peace takes away your quality of life. The absence of peace steals your moments of happiness. I have lived each of my days calmly for many years, I can assure you that peace goes hand in hand with happiness, passion is generated through peace and you manage to be efficient in everything you do. I have always been a very positive and optimistic person, these qualities were the tools that helped me regain peace. In my personal scale, this sensation occupies the first place since it is the pill that allows you to live every second of your life with harmony, gratitude and acceptance.

The other element to live a better life would be to be able to dedicate myself to practicing Reiki, for many years I have been practicing with family and friends. On a vacation to Chile I had the opportunity to study Reiki. I would love to have a store dedicated to healing people in need through Reiki. Currently I do it to my relatives or when I need it. This ability came into my life without knowing it, my first experience was many years ago when I had severe stomach pains and had taken many medications without improving the discomfort. At that moment, desperate for the pain I felt, I placed my hands on my stomach and closed my eyes asking the Universe to be the healing channel. In a few minutes I felt my hands get very hot and the pain completely disappeared. After that experience I began to help family and friends who were in need at some point. Now with the theoretical knowledge I would love to have my store and dedicate myself to transmitting that help to others.

Guau que hermosura y muy bonito lugar ehhh.

Muchas gracias amigo, me alegra mucho que te haya gustado. Te envío un GRAN abrazo, feliz domingo!

I love one of these points, one would say simple, but nothing like living in a place that makes you happy or having that peace that one needs to also be happy. Without a doubt, it is a choice For a better life.💗

I like those elements to live a better life according to your tastes and needs, I think that living in a quiet and remote place is an important point as is peace of mind and tranquility, we all deserve to be and live happy.

Those simple things but really important to us, for our well being and for the life we want. That peace of mind, we all need that that us why I make sure that no one can't take it away from me. I can m live my best life if I have that peace of mind.

True friend, what I value most in life is peace, when I feel that some person or situation changes my vibration I work to solve it and if I don't get it then I discard it from my life, so I can continue living in harmony.

Oh yayy, that's jusy how it is if we want to maintain a happy life ฅ^•ﻌ•^ฅ

Your dream for living your best life is truly captivating, and I appreciate your thoughtful response to the question. The idea of waking up every day in front of the sea is a dream shared by many, and your description of the physical, spiritual, and mental enrichment it brings is beautifully articulated. The sea's calming influence and its potential health benefits make it an ideal backdrop for a fulfilling life.
Also, your emphasis on peace of mind as a crucial element resonates deeply. It's worthwhile to know that peace is the foundation upon which happiness, passion, and efficiency are built. Your personal journey towards regaining peace is inspiring and serves as a reminder of the importance of inner tranquility in one's life.

I can say your desire to dedicate yourself to practicing Reiki is laudable. The ability to heal and provide comfort to others through Reiki is a noble pursuit, and your personal experience of its effectiveness adds a genuine touch to your aspirations. Opening a store dedicated to healing through Reiki sounds like a wonderful endeavor.

Thank you so much for your kind and beautiful message. I'm so glad you liked the publication and enjoyed my philosophy of life. I hope the Universe conspires in my favor and I can have a physical space to perform Reiki to people who need some kind of healing.
I wish you a wonderful Sunday, I send you a big hug!
