Whoever manages to cultivate and maintain a garden is a unique and special person, who longs for a space of peace and tranquility. The garden is a space that seeks to have a bit of nature with it, since we cannot enjoy it as often or be in contact with it as we would like.
In our home, my small garden is mostly made up of perennial plants that must be kept intact throughout the year, without being spoiled by the harsh tropical sun or withered by my forgetfulness when it is time to water them.
My house is wide; relatively, with a patio where we enjoy pleasant moments with the family; however, in spite of having a large patio there is not even the smallest space where green life can grow without human intervention, that is why the plants are all in pots since the whole floor is made of concrete.
There are also other plants that turn out to be the spoiled ones because they deserve some extra care since they must remain in the shade but it is necessary to receive their daily dose of the sun without much watering. These last rainy days between storms and tropical waves, passing troughs have allowed them to stay perfect because they are located in a strategic place where they receive minimal dew, these beauties called "jade", its scientific name is Crassula ovata and are associated with prosperity and abundance.
I have the joy of enjoying the visit of various species of birds, several times a day, for which eventually, I leave food for them, so they constantly appear; however, as is human nature we are never satisfied with what we have: I long to have plants that attract butterflies to the small space in order to make it more colorful. That is why I also want to add flowering plants that attract these beautiful animals and of course, benefit from them by receiving the inspiration we all need.
In the future, I would also like to have many more plants to help maintain a comfortable, much lower temperature.
The images are my property.
